Antonio D. Vizcaíno, Key Account Manager Carrier Services at DEKRA Testing and Certification, S.A.U., is a Telecommunications Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the promotion and creation of innovative certification and testing services for MNO's, as well as for cybersecurity.

He is a specialist in MNO acceptance, project management, mobile communications, conformance testing, Field Trials testing, certification of mobile devices, certification of automotive devices and new technologies.

Among other projects, Antonio Vizcaino has worked in the development of a signaling unit for UMTS testing, specifically in PHY layer. In addition, he was a certification project manager, involving different mobile technologies, certification scopes and activities. Afterward, he worked as a Technical Office manager for DEKRA Network Operator Services.
