Objectives:The objective of the project is the development of a web-based platform (system platform) in combination with a set of apps to facilitate the evaluation of both mobile networks and terminals. The platform shall provide information to allow the comparison of different cellular network technologies, operators, terminals, and operating systems based on QoE metrics.
